I think the situation with mattel can fall into more than one issue. I think it’s ethical issue but it was an ethical issue that was solved since the items were recalled. It is a global commerce issue because items had to be recalled all over the country. Additionally it was a blow to China’s commerce because they manufactured the products and now other countries may be less likely to use China.
